Front-of-house (hospitality) careers include:

  • restaurant manager
  • head waiter, reception head waiter or host
  • wine waiter, le chef d’ etage or barista

Back-of-house (catering) careers include:

  • chef du cuisine/executive chef
  • sous chef, commis chef or chef du partie
  • saucier, grillardin, rotisseur or patissier
