Domestic Gas CPA1 assessment only

Domestic Gas CPA1 covers the updates from all relevant codes of practice i.e gas safety, building, IEE and water regulations. The course is also designed to have time for revision in the field of gas operation, for example flues ventilation.

What do I learn?
The course is divided into two areas - technical input and revision practical assessments.

You learn basic domestic gas theory and current statutory regulation to gas safety. Your practical training and assessments include:
• combustion
• flues
• ventilation
• regulations
• procedures for unsafe situations
What do I gain?
Successful students will be allowed to carry out work on central heating boilers with this qualification.
What do I need?
You must hold a current Core Gas Safety Certification and a current Central Heating Boilers Certification as a pre-requisite requirement for this course.
What do I gain?
This is a statutory requirement for all gas engineers working on central heating.
