• Child Protection Workshop
• NVQ Level 2 in Coaching Teaching and Instructing
Content is covered through practical participation on the coaching field supplemented by classroom delivery. Group work and Portfolio building is a regular activity throughout the programme linking your Practical Participation to the Theory.
What do I gain?
You will develop self confidence teamwork organisation skills and will be expected to demonstrate an ability to manage your time effectively and be responsible for the Football Club environment in which you are based. You will also develop your ability to produce professional documents such as letters and reports and to deliver presentations.
What do I need?
You will normally have one of the following: 2 GCSE’s at grade D or above preferably including English or Maths. Level 1 in related subject Appropriate professional experience.
What do I gain?
Football Apprentices will maximise their potential with coaching from Ex-Professional Footballers and UEFA A-Licence Coaches and hopefully move up the ranks of professional football. Coaching Apprentices will be in an ideal position to find full time employment within Premier Sports Group or as a professional within the Sports Industry. Both these courses open up the potential for further learning at University at which point students will have the opportunity to go into teaching roles.
